Pashmina / Cashmere
THE KING OF LUXURY ….
Cashmere and Pashmina are words used for same type of wool. Pashmina is the original word used in Asia specially in India , China, Tibet, Pakistan and Nepal while the western world knows it as CASHMERE .
Pure Cashmere is very soft and very warm . Mangolian Cashmere is considered the best in world due to its long fiber and low micron width . It has the best of properties of an insulating fiber , that includes excellent insulation and bounce. A cashmere stole is very voluminous , full of inter fiber spaces , which are excellent micro environment creaters . As a result of these micro gaps , even a light, thin shawl of cashmere feels much warmer during winters than any other fiber .
Cashmere is dyeable best in Acid colours . Its fiber cuticle nature makes it a natural dirt repellent hence making cashmere products care easier.
Bamboo
Bamboo is a beautiful natural , smooth, luxurious, beautiful and shiny fiber that wears well and is a natural antibacterial.
• Bamboo yarn is 100 % naturally biodegradable in soil by microorganism and sunshine.The decomposition process doesn't cause any pollution to the environment .
• Bamboo yarn is best dye able in nearly all shades since its hydrophilic nature promotes its dye pick up behavior and it is safer for the environment.
• Bamboo fabric is naturally antibacterial and deodorizing because of an inherent substance in it, called Bamboo kun. This property stays even after 70 washes.
• Bamboo also has ultra-violet protective properties.
• Fabric knitted with bamboo is quite breathable and cool and has great drape,has an excellent fall and a superb handle.
